• Return Policy: A 20% restocking fee may be applied for non defective returns. S.L.S. Products will accept returns for an exchange or for a refund only if the merchandise is in original purchase condition with its original retail packaging and only within 30 days from the date of shipment.
  All returns must be authorized by phone or e-mail prior to return. You may acquire a return authorization by calling +1.877.242.6997 or by e-mailing returns@airliteinflatables.com (please include the date of the purchase and the name of the person who purchased the merchandise). All returns must include the original receipt or invoice and a brief explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the product.
  Shipping charges for merchandise returns are the responsibility of the customer and shipping & handling charges are not refundable. S.L.S. Products will not accept returns of products damaged as a result of misuse or neglect.
  
• Limited Warranty: S.L.S. Products warrants the merchandise shipped to our customers will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 180 days from the date of shipment. This warranty does not apply to damage caused in shipping. S.L.S. Products does not warranty the products to withstand abuse or neglect. S.L.S. Products EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT OTHERWISE STATED INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES.
  
• International Orders: Due to the expense of international shipping for inflatables and the lack of cooperation from foreign Postal Offices, we will not ship out of the USA. Contact us at international@airliteinflatables.com and we will make every effort to find an inflatable furniture merchant in your area.
  
• Copyrights, Trademarks and Trade Names: Reproductions of S.L.S. Products and AirLiteInflatables.com may only be used with express written consent from Sandie Stevens, owner of S.L.S. Products.
  
• Site Security: We have taken very elaborate steps to ensure our customers do not become victims of identity theft, a virus, or fraud while visiting our site. Web site statistics are gathered for traffic purposes and do not contain any of your personal information. Information we need to enhance our site include the name/version of the the web browser used to view our site and the pages visited with the amount of data (graphics, text) viewed for site traffic billing purposes of our host.
  
• NOTE!: We sell quality products that are in new condition. We would not offer any products to our customers that we would not offer to our family and friends. We choose each product line carefully and maintain a very low return rate.
